OUR Policies

As this is our home you’ll find some of our clothes, books etc around. We hope we have left enough space for you but if you need to borrow an emergency sweatshirt or vodka & tonic please do! Otherwise please look after our place in the mountains.

Please make sure that when you leave the apartment is as you found it. If there is a problem please let us know.

The cleaners will deal with your bed linen. Please make the beds and leave as before.

Please turn off the heaters. Close all windows.

Please empty the fridge and kitchen of anything that might rot.  

Please return the keys to hotel reception (if that’s where you got them) or bring back to us if we gave you keys.  

Privacy

We will never share your data, skiing ability or embarrassing stories with anyone. Be aware of our neighbours who are really nice, so try not to leave too much mess or make too much noise.

Security

There isn’t much to say, but please be sensible and ensure that the apartment, cave and ski locker are secure. Given our central location people do come and go in the building so be aware, but this is a very safe place.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you can’t make it for whatever reason let us know and we’ll sort something out. This isn’t a hotel or business so any contribution you make to the upkeep will be agreed in advance and reflect usage. Clearly if you change your mind at short notice that might make it hard for others to use the apartment.
